Everything about you is deleted at once, both on our server and in the app.
It can’t be undone, so have a look at your plan first if you want to keep anything.
Without the app
Write from the e-mail you sign in with, also if that’s through Apple or Google. If you hid your e-mail with Apple, give your name in PrepNow.
Write to usWe delete the account and all its data within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Or write straight to kontakt@prepnow.dk.
What is deleted
- Your account (e-mail or Apple or Google ID)
- Your name and household
- Your goals, answers and exclusions
- Stores and regular items
- Meal plans and history
- Ratings and favourites
- Your student e-mail
- Your family membership
- Your answers from cancelling Pro
We keep nothing about you. From our backups it is gone within 30 days at the latest.
On Pro?
Subscriptions are paid through Apple or Google. Cancel yours there before you delete the account. Purchase receipts are kept by them, not by us.
Only some of it?
You can delete your history yourself under Goals in the app. To have anything else deleted, write to kontakt@prepnow.dk.
